3. Prefer walking instead of using car. Make a habit of walking at least for 45 minutes regularly. Walking will help to burn your extra calories.
4. Put less food in your plate it will help a lot in taking down your weight. It is seen that often people eat more if they put more in their plates so its better to keep less food in your plate.
5. Use vegetables and salads more it will not let you put more weight. Eat water-based food, as they are good source of nutrition.
6. White foods contain large amounts of carbohydrates so avoid taking them, Replace white sugar, white rice, and white flour with whole grain breads and brown rice which will help you to control your weight.

8. Fruit juices are regarded very high in calories in comparison with eating fruits. Eating food will satisfied your stomach for longer time than juice.

10. After every two hours, get up and walk around the office or your home for five minutes. A brisk five-minute walk after every two hours will make your body active.
