Simple Brushing Tips to Protect Your Teeth

Dental health is very important in todays enviornment where we regularly eat a lot varieties of items. Junk foods invites germs & its main reason for dental problems. Here are some tips for good brushing tips to protect your teeths:

1. For proper brushing you need a soft bristled brush, preferably one with rounded, synthetic bristles.
2. Make sure that your brush is of the right size its better to use a small sized brush rather than to use a big sized brush.
3. Don’t forgot to replace your brush approximately every two or three months or as you feel to replace it. Place the bristles at a 45-degree angle to the gum line, and slide the tips of the brush under the gums.
4. It should be kept in the mind that jiggle the bristles or move it in small circles over the tooth and gums to protect them from hurting.
5. Do complete brushing like brush the outside, the inside, and the chewing surfaces of the teeth. You should tilt your brush vertically and make several strokes up and down with the front part of the brush over the teeth and gum tissues.
6. Clean not only your teeth but also your tongue, as it will help freshen your breath. Debris and bacteria are collected on your tongue and cause bad breath.
7. Keep on changing the position of your brush because your toothbrush can only clean one or two teeth at a time, change its position to clean each tooth properly after a few minutes.
8. Brush at least once every day, preferably at bedtime. Adding a brush time after breakfast increases your chances of thorough daily plaque removal.
9. During brushing take your time, avoid brushing your teeth in hurry it can damage them.
10. Use a soft bristled toothbrush, since it causes the gums to recede and exposes root surfaces because hard Brussels also wears down the tooth structure. And that condition can lead to tooth sensitivity.
